Trans Fluid Color

Whats good and whats bad?

Medium to dark red = good
Brown w/ or w/o reddish tint = bad

Use MERCON fluid.

Thanks! I read in a seperate post that a good red color is bad...so I just wanted to make sure. Must have been a typo.

Smell it too to make sure it isnt burnt or begining to break down...if its got a burnt smell to it you may want to think about changing it.
