OE Battery Sightglass

Folks, need some advice here. My 2003 EB has the original Motorcraft battery. I cleaned up the sightglass that is on top of the batter. There doesn't seem to be any coloured indicator in that window. I was expecting to see preferrably a green indicator or yellow. But there doesn't appear to be any colour. The fluids appear slightly yellow but the indicator appears white in colour. Is this normal? Everything seems to be running fine, just some fluctuation in the A/C fan speed between idling and driving. I just figure coming on 4.5 years it might be a good idea to keep an eye on the battery performance. Any thoughts? Thanks.

4+ years, I'd say it's time to think about changing er out, electrical demand is so great on the Expy's and if your in an area where it's hot a lot, it's time to get er done!!
