97 Powerstroke
I've got a 97 F250 w/ powerstroke. Currently running Banks ottomind chip and have become 'bored' with it.
Since the 97's don't have higher flowing injectors like the newer powestrokes, what is the best chip for maximum performance available for that year (I've heard that we can't squeeze more than 70 hp out of the older powerstrokes with stock injectors). I want the most HP/performance I can get.
Is the Diablo or the superchip better, and which one?
I rarely tow, and then only a very light boat, have free flowing
exhaust with downpipe, pyrometer and k&n filter.

That's hard to say. The numbers are close and can vary by ECU code. Some codes run better, some cooler, some hotter, etc.
