Pressure washer/sandblaster?

Pressure washer/sandblaster?
I saw on Muscle Car, on Spike TV, they used some sort of siphon tube from a bag of media connected to the end of the power washer wand to sandblast a frame. This seems like a cheap, effective (for me) way to sandblast whatever I need.
Im wondering where I can get my hands on one of those.

I tried a friend's blaster; it was great. No dust, and it makes more efficient use of the motor since water doesn't compress.
