Transmission Help Need
I Am The Proud Owner Of A 1968 F-250 Lunar Green In Color. A Few Years Ago The Strong Running 360 Decided It Wasn't So Strong Anymore And Let Go. I Decde To Rebuild The Intire Truck. Beinging Him Back To His Origanally Glory For His 40th Birthday In '08. In The Process Of Overhauling The Drivetrain The Np-435 Case Was Broke Where The Reverse Idler Gear Shaft Sits. I Am In Desprite Need Of A Np-435 Out Of A '68. I Know It May Seem Silly To Wont One Out Of A Particular Year But I Would Like To Stay Numbers Matching As He Orginal When I Took Him Apart. Please If Anyone Can Lead Me In The Right Direction It Will Be Greatly Appreciated. Thank You For Your Time, Green68

Hi and welcome to FTE.Your truck sounds like a cool project.As far as a trans case goes try running an ad in the classified section.I would suggest you post all the numbers that are on the case as this would make it easier to match up.

C-96391-S = Ford part number: C5TZ-7006-A .. Transmission Case
This case was used from 1965 thru 1974.
