Parts

Has anyone had any luck getting parts like EGR valves or exhuast pressure sensors from somewhere besides the dealer. I was told that the only parts you can get at auto parts stores are for 7.3's

He means the Int'l dealer which usually has less expensive parts than the Ford dealer.

College kid and you can afford a 6.0L truck but not the repairs... I would re-think your short-term and long-term financial planning as these are not cheap trucks to buy, operate or fix???

Your two options are the Ford dealer or the Int'l dealer (sorry).

Go to the IH dealer and save yourself headaches later from inferior parts... And yes it is cheaper than going to Ford, while still getting the same quality.
