Correct Oil Pressure?

92 F350 with 330,000 miles
what should the o/p be? I have a digital gauge now, at idle it shows average of 10, running at 2000 rpm it stays aroud 30 . how much trouble is it to change oil pump. I am swaping 5 speed for my E40D, I have leaks around oil pan, so I want to do all at once. can I drop the pan when the trans is out or do I have to lift the motor. I have a 87 6.9 to rebuild and replace 7.3- but this is much later.

FYI the oil pressure should be 10 at hot idle and 40-70 at 3300 rpm+....... no need to replace the oil pump. Our system does oil flow not pressure........

Our oil flow is 12 gallons per minute at 3300......
