no, i have an 06 dash cover in my garage. i cant put it on my 01. but, the radio opening is larger on the new dash. i wish it did fit. anyway, if someone needs an 06 dash, i have one for sale. see pic in my gallery in the hid album. name your price. comes with the a/c controls too.

I would like to know where is located the amplifier (if exist one) in mine 01 Excursion,somebody told me that with the stock 6 CD indash stereo sistem I have a amplifier....thank you all for your help!!

Don't think any of the X had a factory amplifier.
