Sorry Don, I just saw this. Yes, it is 100% stock suspension with the factory snow prep package.
Hot sunny day or the help of a hair dryer (not a heat gun) and some good old WD-40 should do the trick. Heat from the hair dryer should soften and help release the adhesive. Lift a corner of the decal and spray some WD-40 behind the decal as you SLOWLY peel the heated decal off. WD-40 won't hurt the paint and will remove any adhesive residue.
