If i leave my pickup setting for 2 or three days my battery dies. I'm not quite sure what it is.it charges if i drive it daily. could it be the voltage regulator? i'm not sure what else to check my stereo is wired into the fuses and shouldnt pull that much juice. Any ideas?
I had the same thing happening to me...know what it turned out to be...the light in the glove box...the door wasnt closing far enough to acctuate the switch to turn the light off...then after 3-4 days of me not noticing that the little bugger was still burning...Id come out to a drained battery. Adjusted the switch and now the problem is no more.
Only way I noticed it was that I happened to have to run out to my truck one night to get something from in the cab and noticed a strange glow from behind the glovebox door...so you may want to check that as well.

Edit: I should mention that this was on a battery that had seen better days so it would have needed replaced sooner or later...but at least I got a few more months out of it before I had to.
As a follow on if it is indeed a circuit draining:
Put an ammeter (real one not your dash meter) just after the battery.
Pull all of your fuses
re-install fuses one at at time and look for an increase in the draw, that will narrow down where your short is.
