Speed Density System
Does anybody know how to bypass the speed density system on a 1990 f-150? The truck is as 4x4 auto if that helps.

only 2 ways to bypass it. 1) go carb'd 2) go mass air

ECU,wiring harness, mass air meter,time and patience. JRock909 just did the swap over from speed density to mass air. he can tell you step by step. I helped him as much as I could with it but he did all the work and can tell you exactly what you need and the cost involved

see your speed density is what controls your air/fuel mixture. Without it or one of the other 2 ways I mentioned earlier your truck will not run
