speedometer wire/VSS

1999 F250 ( light duty 250) speedometer issue
Ive seen tons and tons of posts about this and that being wrong... here is the deal... i have no speedometer or cruize controle. The odometer goes to ---------- after one or 2 10ths of a mile.. and my overdrive light flashes... here what has been done
rebuilt transmission (mechanical failure ) has all new ford baught electronics from input and output sensors to the solenoid pack.
2 new vss on rear.
2 new hubs on front w/ sensors
new brain
new dash insert
I have traced the green and red wires from the rear vss with an ohm meter and the wires are good... i have gone as far as to tracing them untill i hit the firewall and then its to the inside and thats a mess im not wanting to get into..
i need a compleat wiring diagram that tells me what wire it is that sends the speed info from rear end.. to cruise controle to the gem modual, to the dash and what wire it is to the brain... when i hook my jet programer to the obd2 port it reads the speed... same with my buddies brand new snapon scanner... im just losing comunication somewhere and i cant figure out where or what it is... been chasing this problem for 3 years now and ford dealership has no clue whats up.

So any luck on these problems ?
this VSS, Bouncing Speedo, odometer, numerous trans shifting issues, and All Intermittent.... Is a fun one and I am dealing with the same issue myself...
Any Input would be great...
I generally like diagnosing level two... but when it gets tied to possible Transmission Issues as well the Clock is On because everytime I drive this, I feel like I'm going to Steal Life from my Transmission...
. I'm new, so maybe I should Begin a Tread ?
