depends on what 4 speed model you have.
Ford has made lots of different toploaders to go with lots of different motors all with different input shafts, gear ratios, materials, etc.
Ford has used the top loader behind everything from small 6's to the mighty 427 factory drag cars, so the hp and torque range is fairly large.
find the casing number or tag number to find out which top loader you have.
