first pull on sunday

well this sunday is the first truck pull in my area. . . . I've decided to do it. I'm a little nervous about this rear end however. I don't like that its hopping so much when the tires spin. I've got the air locker in it, and traction bars. I reangled my axle so its not inline with the drive shaft and it still does it. With the locker unlocked and one tire spinning, its smooth. But I'm worried I'm going to get down the track and then all hell will break loose on the axle. I guess I need true ladder bars but i dont' understand why others don't have the same problem. Also i need a tire choice. . . stock tires with 30% in rear at 70% up front, 35 inch BFG mudd terrains, or my 37 inch mud grapplers. I don't think the nittos are a good choice. Other than that any suggestions?
Tim

If it's a real dry dusty track, i'd choose the stock tires, the 70% in back. However if its somewhat moist, tacky, i'd choose the 35 MT's
