big vs. little

Im wanting to run true dual glasspacks on my 302 dropped right behind the cab. Which will sound better 28" glasspacks or 12" glasspacks?

It's not going to make much difference. After a few weeks you will not be able to hear anything with either one.

I am not an old stick-in-the-mud that doesn't like loud exhaust. I know it's fun to have a loud truck, and after hearing these Harley's day after day, I don't see why the truck guys can't get away with it either. But I would under no circumstances bring the exhaust out underneath truck. Been there, done that. Instead of the nice crackle a little 302 can give you, you end up with a booming drone inside the cab if you bring the exhaust out anywhere under the body. It will sound much better if you can 90 or 45 degree it out the side beyond the body a little bit.

I agree get the noise out from under truck so we all can enjoy it.
