Found the battery charger and got it charged. Went out to the garage this a.m. to snap some fotos for you guys (and gal) but it's raining out, and darkish, and the ones I took in the garage are washed out looking from the flash, so I 'll do over when I get home from work. ok?

Great. I get home and it's raining again, even tho we are in a severe drought. Oh well, I guess that's a good thing. Maybe tommorrow. I'm sorry i posted that rotten photo this morning. I had no idea I could make my beautiful bed look so bad because of lighting. bear with me...

Rain let up, so I pulled her out and took some. Try these, they are some better. I will have a "bed wood" gallery soon.

Unreal looking. Are you sure you didn't cheat and put a layer of plexiglass on top of the wood strips?? That is just b-u-t-ful.....Job well done and great pictures too. Way to go. Where did you get the TD rings or what are they from Jim??? I like them and it seems as they mount to the flange bolt on the bedside??

Thanks, Men. Bobby, they're FROSTY CHICKEN HANDLES!! They were in the truck when I bought it, and I thought they had a cool, original, fifties look to them, so I stripped them and repainted. They are heavy duty rings that i would guess were designed for rigging, as they have a split in them, with 2 holes, and a heim joint is thru bolted allowing them to swivel and takes the place of 3/8" bed mounting bolts. I'll put a close up in the upcoming gallery.

Interesting, they sound pretty cool. Maybe the front ones are chicken handles and the rear ones hold the froty beverages..........a win/win situation..........lol

Very unique

Bobby
