Up against a wall

Hello all;
I have been looking for 2 months now with little results. I need to replace my exhaust manifolds for my 97 250 with a stick. If I am going to the work of replacing them, I want a better flowing system. Afterall why not improve a factory flaw. In all my searching, I have found only two options for the truck: The banks headers for around $1200 (yes, that is for just the bare headers and is a little steep in price in my opinion). The other option is to stay with stock manifolds. Unfortunately I live in California so I need to maintain the smog equipment.

I tried ordering (through Bronco Graveyard) a set of L&L headers, as the only other manufacter that I could find that fit in a stick shift truck and had emisions provisions. After ordering eary of last week, I called today to find out what was going on with the order, I was informed that they still advertise them and have them on the website for sale but L&L no longer manufactures them. As you can guess I am less than impressed. Am I the only one who thinks its odd to advertise a product you don't make any more? But I digress.........

What I desparately need is information on any avalable product that meets the above criteria. I am looking for full length or even shorty headers for this truck, I really don't want to do all the work of a changeover and have to put problem prone, restrictive factory manifolds back on the truck.

Ideas????????

Searching summit I found a few possibilities that might work for you. Give them a call to see if they have what you need. Or check out Jegs, they sometimes have things summit doesn't.
