I put some Cooper Discoverer ATR's on my '06 F-350, 275-70/18E. The Coopers replaced the stock Conti's. Should I run the Coopers at the recommended tire air pressure per the door sticker or something different. Max air pressure on the Coopers are 80# cold.
I would stick with what the door stickers say. Unless you are going to do something specific like going on soft sand or dirt...etc... (need to drop the pressure) the door sticker pressure will be good. keeping it at the optimal pressure will give you the least rolling resistance for everyday driving.
I run 60-65psi in the fronts, and 55psi in the rears, while running empty. I raise the rears to 80psi when I tow my fifthwheel or when I'm going to haul heavy loads.
