There is pretty much always enough to work on a rusty ol car, its just that sometimes it gets to be alot. Hell even my 77 ford could be fixed up, but by the time I am done with it, I could have easily bought one for cheaper, with no rust.

Yeah that is true prep but if you buy one all fixed up and stuff its not actually yours or your doing like if someone customized it but if you buy an old one fix er up and you can call it yours..! and done all by yourself plus restoration is sometimes fun

i love doing everything except bodywork, and thats mainly because i've never touched it before. i wanted to find something that was solid, so not much money to make purdy, then i can pour all my $$$ into the guts...

Thats always a good plan sherm.

I thought that way too, but then I started thinking about trying bodywork. So i went and bought a mig welder, and some other body tools, and a 91 ford that needed bodywork, and thought ill give it a go. I ended up doing more research then anything, and then moved to BC and my project stayed in sask!

But now I have a plasma, and I should be set, just have to get my shop going, and try till I get the bodywork right

A garage at least twice as big as what you think you need will still be too small in the end....

Preppy you have 360 acres. So lets say you leave 1/3 for the house and yard then the rest for the shop. I think a 240 acre shop should be big enough. Just have to mount your tool box on a quad so you can move it around.
