05 5.4 possible problem
I have a 2005 SD 5.4 a superchips programer, gibson sideswept exhust and a airraid intake everything was sweet until I towed 11,000 lbs back from dowstate newyork the truck handeled it very well I was impressed for the 5.4 but now the transmission is actiting like it shifts to soon and not quick enogh still dose it with the superchips out of it

try disconnecting the battery for a while. im pretty sure that torqueshift has a learning strategy, try letting in relearn itself. maybe that'll help. i highly doubt you did anything to the trans towing that load. check your fluid and such, make sure it doesnt smell "spent"
