I just wanted to say hello. I recently purchased a 2003 Crew Cab 7.3 liter Lariet 4x4(2 weeks ago tomorrow). I have been wanting a diesel for about 5 years now and finally pulled the trigger on the deal. I came across this forum and it seemed like a good bunch of guys and girls. I have already learned alot just checking out some of the threads. I know a lot of people that are having the door ajar problem that I saw described on a thread this morning and already called them all to let them know what the fix was. I look forward to participating in the forum.
Thanks!!!
I used too when I lived in Georgia. Now that I live in the Peoples Republic of Maryland and concealed carry permits are hard to come by, I no longer carry it, but I still own it. Full size 45 btw.
Thanks for the warm welcome. I look forward to many enjoyable threads.

Yeap.....dem yankees do things a little different.
Yeah they do sound similar. Mine is white and had 65K two weeks ago but I have already put 800 miles on it because I don't want to take any of the other vehicles I have anywhere. Hehehe.
Mine is white with tan interior. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles for example it has a manual lever for 4 wheel drive engagement and it has just the single disc cd instead of the 6 disc, but I love it. I have had two Nissans and a GMC Z71 and this is by far my favorite. I have a few buddies that have crew cabs but they have the 6.0 and I have always liked the 7.3. Not that the 6.0 is a bad motor but I have liked the Ford's for a loooong time and the 7.3 has been what I wanted. I'm glad I found this one. It was in very good condition and the price was right considering I got it at a dealer.
I'm down in Baltimore County Just outside of the Beltway. Thanks for replying to my PM BTW. It was very enlightening. I re-read my PM and am embarassed at some of the mis-spellings in it.
