Needed.... Computer chip for 460
Hey I have a 1995 F350 with the 460 and a automatic transmission, I need a power chip for towing my lawn trailer, it does ok now but I would always like to have more power, only thing done so far is a K&N filter, any info would be apperciated.........

No, I tried to find it earlier and could not find it, is the computer mounted on the bottom of the firewall or is it in the cab down by the Drivers underdash?

Both. It sticks through the firewall by the emergency brake area.

A good "towing" tune/chip will be more than just advancing the timing in a truck with an automatic transmission. The program will also have modified shift points, lock-up schedules and TV pressure. Something you simply can't do with a timing light alone.

Don't even waste your time. Convert to SEFI and run an aftermarket programable ECU (like AEM, Megasquirt, etc.)
