Oil Probs
My Oil Pressure guage keeps droppin to the bottom sparaticly..
I all started wen i keep seeing the needle move then be fine
Then one day it droppd the the engine started to give out
Now the oil pressure never reads normal.......even though
did a complete oil change no less than a week ago
Theres no oil Leaks N After it Stall it will not start up at all
it just give that bad soundin CLUNK Click noise
4.6L V8 2002 Reg cab

Kinda sounds like maybe your oil pump has failed. If the engine were still running fine I would think that just the sending unit was bad (the sensor that tells the oil pressure gauge how much oil pressure their is), but if you are hearing strange noises from the engine, Id guess its an oil pump issue.

Synthetic oils n the truck has 130,000+ miles but i did n oil change less then a week a go.....N if it is the sensor unit can you change those yourself or would that possible make it stall out becuz te engine still runns mostly fine.
