Brake question 98F150

Ok bought new tires this week and was going to have a front end alignment at the same time. The shop told me that my front calipers were pushing against the rotor all the time and they could not spin the wheel freely.
They wanted to change the calipers, is this the right direction or could it be the master cylinder?
Now that I know about it I can feel it when I coast in the truck.
Brake pads and rotors were changed a month ago.

My first guess is that the rotors that you had replaced aren't the right ones. I'll bet the size/spacing is off and that is why the calipers now hit. Either that, or they were installed wrong...
