[updated:LAST EDITED ON 24-Sep-02 AT 10:44 PM (EST)]You are obviously "the man" around these parts so I'll just come right out ask you. Very informative sight by the way! Glad I found it!!! I've read here that the jet modules suck, and I want a some more power out of my 2002 F150 4.2L. Not for towing or hauling, just performance... All I have done is put in the K&N filter and am going to bolt up a Gibson single 3" cat back. What chip would you suggest and why?
Thanks,
Ben
For all out performance... the Diablo wins hands down. The standard Diablo will do the trick for street driving. If you occasionally want to run very high (96 or 100) octane fuel a dual program Diablo Delta would be a winner.

Do you mean the diablochipgas....? how easy is installation on my truck?
One more, do you think I should do the exhaust first or the chip?
Thanks Again! Your help is invaluable for a novice!
Ben
"diablochipgas" is a part number. Regardless of whether you choose a Diablo Delta chip or a standard one program chip (diablochipgas), the performance tuning is the same. Its just a matter of which options you want.
Sure, we can provide a low octane chip.... if you want a chip that doesn't give you any horsepower. :-( The only thing it will do is improve shifting.
An exhaust has no impact on chip programming so you can add it before or after.

Guess that answers my questions. I didn't realize you tune to specific needs. So 93 octane it is! Thanks, now I just need to figure out what I need errrr I mean want....
