How is this progressing? I am in Tyner, just south of Elizabeth City NC, and would be in the Eastern SubChapter of the NC Chapter. Did this get off and running yet?

well we will figure out the areas as soon as we can get together, right now it is not that important to have sub chapters at this time but you are all welcome to get together and all anytime you like but remember no changes or events allowed with out any ok from me and the FTE.
