Guys, I have a crew cab. I'm hesitant to put an inverter under one of the front seats because my power seats go up and down...not enough clearance to put them under the seats. How about behind the rear bench seat? There's a tray to hold the jack etc behind the back seat. The only downside I can think of is the heat dissapation back there....and having to run a cord under the back seat, under the floor mat to the front seat.

What do you guys think?

That's where I plan to install mine. Either on the back wall or on the seat back itself.

would be nice if it were a factory option on future models. our 05 gmc yukon has a nice little setup right under the second row seat

BS....how are you going to deal with the heat being generated?

I have heated seats in the front but was'nt planning on heating the rear bench! LOL!
