Well on a 2wd you have 3 or four options.
1st: Bullseye spindles. www.bullseyeindustries.com Lift the front 3". Cost about $600.00 (I have these and love them)
2nd: Fabtech motorsports 3.5" A-arm kit. replaces the A-arm and spring. Cost=around $800 I think. Can be combined with Above to total 6.5 inches of lift.
3rd: Fabtech motorsports Leveling Kit (Only for Extra Cabs). Replaces the stock Spring and Shock. Lifts front 2". Cost = $199.00

4th: Body Lift from Performance Products. Lifts whole truck 3". Cost around $130.00 (Have one on order) Can be combined with any above lifts.
