1/4 Mile

Hey guys I took my truck to the drag strip tonight. I ordered a whicked wheel and a 6637 air filter the past couple days and wanted to see some base numbers. I ran a 17.39 ET at 75mph. Just wondering if this is about normal or what. What kinda gains should I expect with the WW and filter? thanks

I think you'll see very minimal gains if any at all. The wicked wheel is not a performance part, it simply takes care of some turbo issues/problems.

How did you launch? That seems very slow for a typical, 4x4 powerbraking boost-launch. What was the R/T an the 60'?

r/t= .451 Slow i know its my first time. 60ft time was 2.3 sec. I have a 6 speed manual and held my rpms at about 2000. The was no boost on my gauge untill i let out on the clutch.

Ok the 6-speed accounts for the slower times. Shifting really slows you down. So now it sounds like a normal time.
