Leveling Truck

I was wondering on how I can level the front of my truck just by useing the torsion bars or will I have to purchase torsion Keys

Just crank the bolts on the keys and you can get about 2" and still have a good ride, but most of about 3" with a bad ride, but you'll need a alignment after.

does the truck have to be lifted off the ground to crank the bolts for it to work?

I've heard of people doing it on the ground, just with a lot of trouble, lifting the tires slightly off the ground would help.
