Tuner and high idle

I have a 2004 F-350 with the 6.0. I recently bought an SC Max Micro tuner to have a little more fun with it. My question is, this truck has a high idle for the compressior(it is a tire service work truck) and I don't know if the tuner will screw up anything with the high idle. Also are there any other things I should do to gain small power with out having to make the truck look much differant because like I said this is a work truck and not mine so I can't get too radical with the mods. THanks and hopefully you guys can help me out.

it wont effect the high idle.

Glad to hear!! Now are there any littel things I can do to get a few hp here and there that aren't to obvious. I hear lots of people talking about the elbo can I get one that looks mostly stock?
