broken OD overide thing
The plastic end of my auto shifter is cracked and I think it's about to break off. Does the whole shifter have to be replaced? Is this a complicated repair? I haven't ever messed with the collumn before.

You should be able to replace just that cap. Easiest thing I ever fixed. Got one down at local Dealer it was about $12.00 he told me they have since
improved them to not break like that anymore. You could try the aftermarket
stores see if it's cheaper. Randy
