Pickupmanx2, your truck does look nice, and as a matter of fact was the inspiration for the direction that I took with mine. I also just went with leveling coils with 2 degree bushings. Also, allow me to correct myself with the steering - you do NOT necessarily need to change it over to the "inverted T" if only going up to 3-4", it is just recommended. Over 4", and it may be required depending on the method used to achieve the lift. In my case, my truck was still manual steering, and, cost-for-cost, doing a power-steering conversion allowed me to change it all out and get it over with, giving me more options for future growth. Plus, like previously mentioned, less "bump steer".

I'd recommend doing a 4" suspension lift and your choice of 35s.
As for 16 or 15" wheels it doesn't matter, and you could do what ever you want, but the 15s would be cheaper and tires will be cheaper(not by much, but cheaper). The 16s won't affect anything with the steering either.

For a 4" lift kit, you need: coils for the front, somthing to lift the rear like blocks, but I wouldn't suggest them, b/c you have to stack them which is unsafe, and blocks just aren't good, you could either put a 3" add a leaf or do a shackle flip which is also 3", and since the rear is 2" higher than the front stock, you'll still be 1" higher in the rear if you use 4" coils.
A drop pitman arm, drop track bar bracket, and 7 degree C bushings.
I'd suggest you do something about the brake lines such as SS extended lines, or there is a cheaper version, if interested just ask.

IF you need more info just ask.

IF your talking about rough country's 3" they have for $325, then NO they didn't give you a drop pitman arm, b/c it isn't 100% needed, but with 4" lift and no drop pitman arm you are putting alot more stress on your steering gear box, and could put it in a bind. Also No rough country didn't give you any brake lines, b/c the stock one will still work, but now they are 800-90% stretched out, so if you do flexing with 30 year old brake line that's almost already maxed out, you can imagine what would happen.

Your right you don't NEED the pitman arm or extended brake lines, but if you want a properly working lift you can use, you'd get them. Just like you don't need an adjustable track bar, but it is very nice expecially if you put more than 4" of lift. You don't need extended radius arms or drop brackets for a 4" lift, but it'd make the ride nicer, and flex better, but for more than 4" of lift you do NEED at least one or the other.

Also if your truck has sway bars you will need longer sway bar end links if you want to continue useing them, but I didn't want mine, so I just took them off all together, and didn't buy the sway bar end links.

Thanks NOCO77, nice to know, and yes as MBBFord said, a few of the things you "don't" need, however, if you flex your 4' lift a bit to much, you run the risk of popping a brake line, seen it done, and then your fixing something you didn't really need to....
the old saying my dad beat into my brain, "if ya have time to do it a second time, ya had time to do it right the first time"
sometimes the money isn't there the first time, but I have found that it really is, may just be a few days longer before your done,,,,,
