Advice on tailgate repair.

Hey yall

My tailgate has this dent in it and I can't live with it. What do think it will take??

I'm thinking my only hope is bondo and repaint.

If you can get access to a Stud Welder, get one, it welds pull rods in place without leaving actual holes and pulls dents exceptionally well. It also helps with the finish bodywork making it a bit easier.
