Eject Error!

I have a 99 superduty with a single disc/tape- factory CD player. It quit taking the disc in and it occasionaly reads eject error. Is there an easy fix to this? A reset button maybe?

The part # on it is F87F-18C868-AE

You can try some canned compressed air, but odds are the changer is slipping and needs more work than they are worth.

yea it happend to my dads chevrolet...your best bet would be to go buy a new deck to put in it. Dont buy the cheapest one either cause you get what you pay for....if possible try stick with alpine as they are top of the line audio

Disconnect power for about 30 minutes. If you have "canned air",try a few blasts into the slot.Are the cds "home burned" or commercial cds?
Some burning utilities cause problems;Mero seems to have less problems.
