I am going to put a lift kit on my truck, 2004 f250 crew cab short bed. I cannot decide on 4" or 6". I want to go with a 17" rim. I like the 17x10 look on 35 x 12.50. 17, and 37 x 12.50 17.
I just cannot decide. Any pictures out there of 4" with 33 or 35 inch tires?
Or pictures of 6" with 35 or 37 inch tires, preferably with the 17x10 wheel.
Any input on pros and cons will be welcomed.
I have found several lift packages out there. Skyjacker looked nice. Some locals around here pushing Pro-Comp and SuperLift.
And pros or cons to replacing the entire set of rear springs? Do you lose any payload or gain it?
Pro Comp kits are great.... we're looking to add them soon here at MotorHaven. I have my fingers crossed for sooner, same with Donahoe.
I would stick with the full kit if you can go that far. I've seen the best custom fits that way and you'll receive them all at the same time to get the job done and get out and running.
