I have a 97 EB, with the 3rd row brackets and belts. The truck didn't have the seat with it when I bought it. I got one off ebay, from a 99 EB. Every seat I've seen on ebay, including the floor brackets, looks the same.
The seat that I got has the large front casters. It doesn't seem like the floor brackets except the casters and the latch points on the front. Am I not seeing something? Or did Ford change the rear seat mount style? If I have to, I'll cut the front casters off. They don't appear to swing out of the way.
I have a 2000 with casters on the third row seat. If you want I can take a picture of the recieving rails in the back so you can compair them to your 97.
Wow, all I have is 4 brackets, like your rear one. There's no plastic track. Looks like I'll grind the front casters off. People must have complained about the seat so Ford added the casters. At least there's only two rivets per side that hold the casters on.
I went through this last year enough to find out the third seats are different from 97-99 and 2000-2002 ,the later models had the slider wheels and will not accept the early seat . You can use the later seat in the earlier models sans the slider wheels.
The tag on the seat says '99. Must be a late model year seat. I'll be grinding some rivet-type bolts out this weekend. I got the seat for $130 and was able to pick it up to avoid shipping.

Thanks for the info...

That was a heck of a deal. It cost about 120 to ship mine from Maryland to Missouri when I sold it.
The salvage place I got mine from wanted $100 to ship it to me. It was a 45 minute ride, which probably cost me $40 in gas round trip. Still worth it. I'm going to drill out the studs that hold the front wheels on and all should be fine.
