NEED tires. help please

Hello, I am new to this site and don't really know if this the place to put this but. I have an 1989 F250 XLT Lariat 7.3L Diesel. I need new tires and want to put some pretty big tires. I was wondering if anyone out there knows the largest size tires i can put on this truck with the stock height? I have 235x75x16's on it right now, so they arent really that big. I would like to bump it up to atleased a 33inch tire. Would I need a lift kit? Thanks a lot! -Alex

33's will fit with no problem, as long as you drive it respectably. if you are going to have it airborne, the biggest you can fit are 31's.

yeah your right. 235/85/16's are what i have on it, not 235/75/16's....and no they are around 31.75 inches. Yeah i guess i shouldn't have any problem fitting 33's on it. Thanks!
