Its on a 1998 F150 4.6...The truck failed inspection codes were vacum leak banks 1 & 2...Where would they be? and the other is the same problem I posted a week ago. Still cant find the reason the front breaks wont release after breaking...Once you break the pads will not imediately release and then drag once they do..I check all hoses and fittings everything seems fine...Could there be a leak in the vacum part of the system there is a hissing sound when I apply the breaks inside the cab near the plunger where the pedal goes into the fire wall. Would the power assist have anything to do with my problem........Thanks all

Sounds like a leaky brake vacuum booster is your problem for both.
