1986 Vacum Problem

i have a 1986 f150 with 302 fuel injected auto trans. whats the best way to check for vacum leaks? with the truck running i cant hear anything. i have a rough idle. but runs fine while driving. thats why i think its a vacum leak. what about the mechanic stethiscope? i have a vacum guage is there a place to hook in to let me know if there is a leak somewhere? thanks

Some people take a propane torch, open the valve a little bit, but don't light it. If the propane gets sucked into the engine, it will make it idle faster.

Someone might have a safer way, but most anything you spray or use will be volatile so the engine will burn it, so be careful.
