i just spent an entire weekend workin' on my 55 { nope still haven't managed to get the 53 home but she's tucked away in a nice safe place ! } . that in itself is a miracle and a joy , but i spent all the time fixing some prtty darn obvious mistakes i should have seen earlier . as we all know i put it on a 74 frame , and yes i tried again to down load pics but it will only down load one then thats it , and i was having some trouble with alignment issues . well it was pretty easy too see but i didn't . when i put the front cab mounts on i just bolted 'em to the frame rail and geuss what ..... they weren't level !!! geez i felt like an idiot ! well we got them taken care of and installed the new cab , welll .... . i had to move the rear ones up a 1/2 inch as when i modified the front ones { welded up / fabbed up some wedge shaped peices to fix it } they were in the wrong place . i created even more work for myself as when i moved 'em i had no help to pull the cab so i tried it with it on and now i have one side a tad higher than the other . even with all this though so far my alignment issues have gone away pretty much and i got my bed to cab gap right again .the only thing that has went well is i was looking to move the fe a couplr inches ahead to ease its interference problems with the firewall some and for some odd reason i had never noticed before there was holes right from the factory in plain sight to accomplish this . well enough for now and i'll get the 53 home and get some more pics of ti and the progress pics up if mr. 'putor and i can come to a mutual understanding .
As for your posting problem, is your image to big? I think the FTE system will only allow you to upload a certain amount of data. Try reducing the size of your images and see what happens. I have been sent images that were HUGE. I had to shrink them so they could open in Paint Shop Pro in a reasonable amount of time.
