Fuel Tank Switch Problem

A few years ago I bought a 92 F150 Fleet truck at an auction. It was propane fired and I switched it back to gas. (I found propane sluggish and I would have had to switch out all the fittings to new standards). So, I removed both propane tanks which were switched using the OEM dash switch. I put in a new middle gas tank and have been using in with no problem. I recently put in the rear tank. I installed a new fuel pump (inside the tank). The fuel pump works but but won't run on the rear tank-not getting fuel. I know there's got to be a solenoid that switches fuel input from middle to rear but I can't find it. It's not near the filter. If I find it I hope to trace back the wiring to the dash switch to see if they cut the fuel lead when they installed the propane tanks. Any ideas, advice would be appreciateed.

There is not any solenoids, you have either not plumbed it right or you are not switching power to the fuel pumps.
What year trucks did the fuel tanks and Fuel Delivery Modules come out of?
Are you setting up like a 92 Fuel System (1990-1996) or a 1987-1989 fuel system?

It's set up as a 1992. The tank is original, the fuel pump factory OEM. There is power to the pump, you can hear it for a few seconds before it shuts off. The fuel gauge works. I replaced the fuel pump twice, thinking the first one was defective, so I'm reasonable sure that I'm good there. I've muscled that tank in four times now and there are no kinks in the hoses. Do you think I should disconnect the fuel line at the filter and see if I'm getting any fuel that far?

Thanks, Mike

If it is a good pump I am sure you are getting it that far.
Here are some diagrams that may put you on the right track.
