Power Stroke RPM

What is the Max RPM for a 2004 6.0 Is there a rev. limiter or not?

Off the top of my head the engine defuels at 3600rpm. I think safe RPM on downshift is 4000rpm. Somebody will be in shortly to verify that I'm sure.

The highest i've had was 4000 for up-shifts running a race program with the SCT from LIPD. It sounds like it's screaming but i was assured that it would be ok.. Have since switched to a street program (needed better mileage) and that shifts at around 3800.
