rear leaf springs

rear leaf springs
i was wondering if these will bolt to my truck. my rear springs are bent the drivers side sits 3 inches lower than the pass side. i think the stock springs have 4 or 5 leaves these have 7 so can i carry more weight? will they make the ride even stiffer cause it already rides like a wagon.i dont have a good spring shop around or i would see what they say so this looks like the best option.

Looks like they should work.
Do yourself a favor and get new mounting bolts for the front hanger and new rear shackles and bolts for the rear mount.
You will also need new U bolts to mount the spring to the axle.
Stock U bolt is a 9/16" diameter.
Even working with air tools you usually wind up breaking a bolt or two, they have been rusting for many years.
Stock setup is 5 leaves to each spring pack.
I am running 7 leaf main springs and 5 leaf overloads on top of that.
Empty ride will not be very smooth, but when you have a ton or so in the bed it will ride nice.
