Are you asking what the magnet and clip are there for? I've never taken apart an np205 but I can tell you that the magnet is there to attract loose metal shavings. It would most likely be stuck to the inside of the case with some RTV or something to keep it from moving around. I don't really know anything about that clip thing.

Exploded view shows nothing like what you have. Maybe it's a collectors item.
