6.0 possible troubles

Worst? I would have to say Bedplate leak or headgaskets. Both require cab off or engine pulled to repair. Everything else can be done in truck from under the hood. Hardest to trouble shoot? Wire harness or bum connectors. Most expensive? Injectors without a doubt. By the end of the year, the 6.0 will be just about complete as far as pre-trouble shot for anyone, much like the 7.3l is now. Just about anyone can type a concern in the 7.3 forum and get a legit answer for free in less than a day without a trip to the dealership. Parts are also becoming more available as well as aftermarket is beginning to catch up with the 6.0 as well. Jump on in, the water is fine, along with a ton of help from many in this forum, if you have any mechanical talent at all, you will not regret getting one.
