Noticed on older Broncos they all seem to crack at the end of the drip rail. Now I notice my 95 seems to be doing the same thing. I would have thought Ford would have fixed this by 95, evidently not. Anyone know of any TSBs out on this problem?ThanksJoe
I had an 84 that cracked there, i know have a 90, and my dad has an 89........both of which cracked also........you've got me why they didn't fix it, but there are no tsb's that i've seen about it. The only damn downfall of these vehicles seems to be the bodies. I have an 90 full size eddie bauer which were supposed to have been undercoated.......i know it's ten years old and it's to be expected to find some spots here and there.......tailgate, wheel wells ect.........but i'm getting spots like in the middle of my rear qp's and the middle of my doors.........nothing is safe I guess.
Try TSB 962011 "Roof sheet metal cracks repair procedure" .I have not read the TSB myself.
