That is the build of my truck and today while I was installing the "Stealth Reverse Lights" that I found here. I noticed these wires at the base of the hood on the drivers side.
Any idea what they are for? Thanks In advance

That was nice and all, but I would have preferred them to leave a grommet that we could pass our own wires through. Those pass through wires are only good for stuff like horns or lights, when you want to add an Amp, or have a wire like my rearview camera wire you need to pass them through somewhere.
No need to drill holes just find both ends of the wire and splice in. I think they come as part of the upfitter switches. but maybe they are on all the trucks?
