Tailgate Window-'93
common problem.......mine's been broken since i bought it, never bothered to fix it seeing i dont' open the back all that ofter, so if i do , i use the dash swith......there are actually two seperate swithes in the tailgate.....the key rocker actually operates both....one side is up, the other is down.

Hey man ,,,ive got a 93 bronco and my tailgate window got all messed up too,,,it wound up being the switch which cost me round 20 bucks,,,i wouldnt wait till the switch totally went ,,,i did and my window got stuck in the down postition,,,i got it up by jumping the switch with a 12 volt battery,,,it was messy and a pain in the ***,,,hope it helps,,,let me know what happens ,,,,later
