what are these and how do you take advatage of them...my dad is pulling the trigger on a new 08 V10 and I figure if I can help save him a little money maybe he will throw a little more in for the wedding..hahahahahahaha...I know its a discount through ford but ho do you get it or use it? Thanks

Z plan is for Ford retirees and certain family members. X plan is for Ford suppliers. If you work for a Ford supplier that is eligible your HR department will have the info.
Ford employees (not dealer empoyees) can give an X plan to anyone they want.

X Plan is .4% below invoice plus a $75 Admin fee. I think that works out to just a little under invoice. You can go a little farther down in this FTE forum to the general section to the Car/truck buying advice section. The first topic there is for requesting X plan numbers. You would be the first to actually ask for one in the "Official Thread".
